Karina Litvack in an Independent Non-executive Director for ENI, an energy company. In addition, Karina is also non-Executive Chairman of the Sustainability Board Committee of Viridor Waste Management Ltd., Chairman of the Governing Board of the Climate Governance Initiative, a member of the Board of Governors of the CFA Institute, a member of the Advisory Council for Transparency International UK and a member of the Senior Advisory Panel of Critical Resource. Prior to joining the ENI board, she was a leading ESG investor in London.

Katrina earned a BA in Political Economy from The University of Toronto and a MBA from Columbia Business School.
